At Red Hawk Dentistry, we value your time so we make every effort to ensure you are seen promptly. We will also ask for your insurance plan information when scheduling your first appointment to allow us to reach out to your insurance company to obtain benefit information prior to your arrival. These efforts will allow us to minimize your wait time in the office on the day of your appointment.

At your first visit, we will take a set of digital photos and x-rays to evaluate your current oral health. Dr. Ochoa will visit with you to discuss any possible concerns you may have and perform a thorough exam and cleaning. Should he feel that additional treatment is necessary, he will discuss that with you at that time and answer any questions you may have to allow you to make an educated decision on how you would like to proceed with your dental health.

IMPORTANT:

• All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Please alert the office prior to treatment if you have a medical condition that may be of concern (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, fever, etc.) or if you are currently taking any medication (i.e., heart medications, aspirin, blood thinners or anticoagulant therapy, etc.).
